How long does delivery take?
Print orders are dispatched within 24 hours and arrive in 5–7 working days worldwide. Shipping is free on orders over £40.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 60 countries. Digital titles (PDF and read-online) are available everywhere, instantly.
How do I read a book online?
Open My Library, choose a title and tap Read. Your place, font size and theme are saved automatically across devices.
Can I download the PDF?
Yes — any title bought as PDF or Print + PDF can be downloaded from My Library and is yours to keep forever.
What does “Free to read” mean?
Selected classics are free to read online for everyone — no account or purchase required.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is encrypted end to end.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can check out as a guest, but an account lets you keep your library, downloads and reading progress.
Can I return a print book?
Unread print books can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Digital purchases are non-refundable once opened.
